A denim brand in the US that has grown rapidly in recent years is planning its New York fashion week denim.
This is according to the News & Observer, which has reported that Victor and Sarah Lytvinenko have built up their brand from a small workshop in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The husband-and-wife team explained that they are both excited and nervous about the opportunity to showcase their designs at the leading US fashion show.
A presentation by Raleigh Denim of its fall/winter 2012 line will take place on February 8th during New York Fashion Week, with a few pieces on display.
"We're showing a few looks from our core men's and women's collections and we're also showing pieces from two collaborations we've been working on," explained Sarah.
Raleigh Denim uses local materials and traditional methods of construction to make a range of limited edition jeans by hand in its Curatory workshop/retail space in the warehouse district of Raleigh.
