Element extends its global executive team by hiring Reynald Gautier and promoting Julien Duval.
Gautier joins the company as the VP of global design and Duval has been promoted
to VP of global marketing.

Reynald and Julien will lead global teams while driving the creative process forward to create the freshest product for our customers,” said Frank Voit, global GM of Element.
VP of global marketing, Julien Duval + VP of global marketing, Julien Duval Reynald Gautier spent his last five and a half years as creative director of the European division of Japanese denim brand Edwin and has additionally worked with a variety of people and companies that include Jeff Griffin (Griffin Studio), Nigel Cabourn, Surface To Air and Maharishi. In his new position as VP global design, Gautier will work closely with all regions to lead consistent progress for the brand’s product design.
Julien Duval acted as Elements European brand manager for the last three years and has a proven record of brand building for Element, for instance through the recent collaboration with Element advocate Chad Eaton, also known as Timber (read our previous coverage here). In his new position he will be assuming global responsibilities as the company’s lead marketing officer, managing Element’s entire marketing team across all units to bring cohesion and creativity.
