Key Functions
· Business Development – ability to plan biz dev, present Fusion and win new accounts.
· Client development – service, maintain and expand existing business.
· Recruitment – Consult clients on job briefs through to candidate selection.
· Industry knowledge – must possess some experience within the Fashion/Sports, lifestyle sectors.
· Project Management – manage internal resources to ensure our projects are delivered on time.
Personal Characteristics
· Mature attitude – particularly to team work, responsibilities and problem solving
· Determined & Resilient – able to bounce back quickly !
· Entrepreneurial – able to spot opportunities and act on them.
· Lateral thinker – ability to think outside of the box
· Well presented & groomed. A natural appreciation for fashion is an advantage.
· Good communicator – ability to warm yourself to various personality types, sense of humour etc
· Multi-lingual - Preference will be given preference to native French, Italian and German speakers.
