Grishma spearheads senior appointments within the sport, outdoor, fashion, luxury, and home & consumer goods sectors. She has worked with some of the world’s best loved brands in helping build their leadership teams – The North Face, Canyon, Thule, Lee, Wrangler, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Salomon and Puma to name just a few.

Grishma is also an avid writer. She has contributed to various business publications and developed a reputation for her insightful and engaging content. She particularly enjoys recruitment in new & interesting fields and has contributed significantly to innovation and L&D within Fusion. Grishma has also led AI integration within Fusion to streamline our operations.

Background

When Alex founded Fusion Associates in 1998, he invited Grishma to join the business. Drawn to the company’s entrepreneurial spirit and international outlook, she brought with her a background in the photography and music industries together with a strong commercial and creative perspective.

As Managing Partner, Grishma leads senior executive appointments across the fashion, luxury, sporting goods, outdoor and consumer sectors, partnering with brands including The North Face, Canyon, Lee, Wrangler, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Salomon and Puma. She is recognised for her consultative approach, market insight and ability to build high-performing leadership teams across international markets. Alongside her executive search work, Grishma is an accomplished writer and industry commentator.

Named a LinkedIn Top Voice in 2024, her articles are regularly featured in European business publications, where she has developed a reputation for insightful and engaging commentary on leadership, talent and workplace trends. She also plays a key role in driving innovation, learning and development initiatives within Fusion Associates.

About me

With a keen interest in social, political and environmental issues, I am an active participator in actions to affect change, from Global Climate Strike and Extinction Rebellion organised events to anti-Brexit and anti-Trump protests (hopefully never again needed).

Fascinated by AI and emerging technologies, I am continually exploring how tech impacts and enhances human capabilities.

I have an amateur fascination in cosmology and am a keen Scrabble player - challenge me if you dare!

As a passionate cook and host, one of the joys in life that never fades is the company of friends and family over good food, wine, debate and laughter.
