Behind the glamour and allure of fashion, lies a pressing issue that threatens the industry - the normalization of burnout culture.

In a relentless pursuit of uniqueness, many talented individuals have fallen victim to the unforgiving demands of the ever-faster fashion calendar, leading to a high attrition rate and immense recruitment challenges.

At luxury houses across the fashion capitals, where designers, product managers and pattern-makers are racing against the clock, the pressure to produce awe-inspiring and commercially successful creations, paired with tight deadlines, leaves no room for respite. Sleepless nights, unending stress, and constant sacrifices have become an accepted norm, leading to burnout - a silent assassin of creativity and productivity.
